中药鸡胵养胃散治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染临床观察

Clinical Observation of Jichi Yangwei Powder in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Infection

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗幽门螺旋杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法:将200例Hp感染阳性患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各100例。治疗组患者使用中药配方"鸡胵养胃散"联合西药经典"三联"药物兰索拉唑、阿莫西林、克拉霉素进行根除治疗Hp;对照组患者单纯使用"三联"药物根除幽门螺旋杆菌阳性感染。两组疗程均为2周,观察Hp患者根除情况以及相关临床症状改善情况。结果:治疗结束后两组患者的根除率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在临床症状积分改善方面,两组治疗前后比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组。结论:运用中药"鸡胵养胃散"联合西药"三联"疗法根除治疗Hp阳性感染,可有效改善患者的临床症状,提升根治率,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of combined Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori infection through clinical eradication of Hp.Methods:200 patients with positive Hp infection were random divided into treatment group and control group,with 100 cases in each group.The treatment group used the traditional Chinese medicine formula Jichi Yangwei powder combined with the classic western medicine“triple”drugs lansoprazole,amoxicillin,and clarithromycin to eradicate Helicobacter pylori;the control group only used the“triple”drugs to eradicate patients with positive Helicobacter pylori infection.The treatment course of the two groups was 2 weeks.The eradication of Hp patients and the improvement of related clinical symptoms were observed.Results:After the treatment,the eradication rate of the two groups of patients was significantly better than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P0.05).The difference in the effect of clinical symptom improvement scores before and after treatment was statistically significant(P0.05),and the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion:The use of traditional Chinese medicine Jichii Yangwei powder combined with Western medicine“Triple”therapy to eradicate patients with Hp positive infection can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and increase the radical cure rate.It is worth promoting in clinical practice.
