参芪化瘀方对肝癌患者血清microRNA-139和循环肿瘤细胞水平的影响研究

Study on the Effect of Shenqi Huayu Recipe on Serum Microrna-139 and Circulating Tumor Cells in Patients with Liver Cancer

目的:探讨参芪化瘀方对肝癌患者的疗效及血清microRNA-139和循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)水平的影响。方法:选择医院收治的80例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各40例。对照组给予奥沙利铂、5-氟尿嘧啶及醛氢叶酸方案进行化疗,在此基础上,研究组给予参芪化瘀方治疗。比较两组治疗前及治疗4周、8周后中医证候积分、肝功、血清microRNA-139和CTCs水平变化,近期疗效及临床不良反应情况。结果:治疗4周、8周后,两组中医证候积分下降,且研究组更明显(P<0.05)。研究组总有效率(92.50%)明显高于对照组(77.50%)(P<0.05);治疗后,两组TBIL、ALT、AST及ALP升高,研究组TBIL、ALT、AST及ALP低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组血清microRNA-139、CTCs比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗4周、8周后,研究组血清microRNA-139高于对照组及治疗前,CTCs低于对照组及治疗前(P<0.05);两组治疗期间呕吐、腹泻、脱发及血小板减少等临床不良反应发生情况比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:参芪化瘀方可明显改善血清中肝癌患者microRNA-139、CTCs的表达,临床疗效满意,可作为肝癌患者重要辅助治疗手段进行推广应用。

Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of Shenqi Huayu recipe on patients with liver cancer and the influence of serum microRNA-139 and circulating tumor cells(CTCs).Methods:80 cases of postoperative patients with primary liver cancer in hospital were selected as the research objects.Patients were randomly divided into control group and study group,40 cases in each group.The control group was given oxaliplatin,5-fluorouracil and leucovorin chemotherapy,on this basis,the study group was given Shenqi Huayu recipe.The changes of serum microRNA-139 and CTCs levels,short-term efficacy and clinical adverse reactions were compared between the two groups before treatment and after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment.Results:After 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the study group was more obvious(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(92.50%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(77.50%)(P<0.05);After treatment,TBIL,ALT,AST and ALP of the two groups increased,while TBIL,ALT,AST and ALP of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum microRNA-139 and CTCs between the two groups(P>0.05);after 4 and 8 weeks of treatment,serum microRNA-139 in the study group was higher than that in the control group and before treatment,while CTCs was lower than that in the control group and before treatment(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in clinical adverse reactions such as vomiting,diarrhea,alopecia and thrombocytopenia between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Shenqi Huayu recipe can significantly improve the expression of microRNA-139 and CTCs in serum of patients with liver cancer,and the clinical effect is satisfactory.It can be used as an important auxiliary means for the application and promotion of patients with liver cancer.
