Development of A Compound Chinese Medicine Preparation for Strengthening Spleen and Digesting Food

目的:优化健脾消食复方中药制剂生产工艺。方法:以单因素试验设计为手段,优化挥发油提取工艺及参数。以总黄酮、固形物含量为指标,应用正交实验法优化中药提取工艺。结果:挥发油最佳提取工艺:10倍水、浸泡1.5h、蒸馏5h。中药最佳提取工艺:10倍水煎煮2次,每次1.5h。结论:该工艺流程提取效率高、工艺简单、稳定性高,适合大规模生产。

Objective:Optimization of the production process of a compound Chinese medicine preparation for strengthening spleen and digesting food.Methods:The extraction process and parameters of volatile oil were optimized,and the extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine was optimized by using the content of total flavonoids and solid as indexes.Results:The extraction process of volatile oil is 10 times of water immersion for 1.5 h,distillation for 5 h.The extraction process of traditional Chinese medicine is 10 times water decoction for 2 times,1.5 heach time.Conclusion:The established process has high extraction efficiency,simple process and high stability,which is suitable for large-scale production.
