三气同步理论指导下壮医预防流行性传染病的措施

Discussion on the Measures of Zhuang Medicine to Prevent Epidemic Infectious Diseases under the Guidance of the Theory of Three Qi Synchronization

流行性传染病,壮医尚无相对应的病名,但根据其临床表现及疾病特点,壮医可归属为"瘟痧"范畴,认为此病乃内因体弱气虚,外感染痧、热、暑毒,或饮食不节,内伤谷道等,导致体内天、地、人三部之气不能同步运行而出现全身胀累、头昏脑胀、胸腹烦闷、恶心呕吐、倦怠乏力、甚至昏迷、四肢厥冷等为主要表现的一类疾病。根据壮医对"瘟痧"的认识和预防传染性疾病的经验,认为该病传染性强,致病广泛,应积极防控,而控制传染病传播的关键在于预防。基于壮医三气同步理论指导,从防病意识、药物防病、民俗养生防病、药膳防病、体育保健防病、隔离辟秽防病等方面论述,为流行性传染病的预防提供可行性方案,以贡献出民族医学的一份力量。

Zhuang medicine has no corresponding name for epidemic infectious diseases,but according to its clinical manifestations and disease characteristics,Zhuang medicine can be classified as“pestilence”category.It is considered that this is due to internal causes such as weakness of body Qi,external infection of Sha toxin,fire toxin,heat toxin,or improper diet,internal injury of Valley channel,etc.,which results in the body Qi of heaven,earth and human can’t run synchronously,resulting in systemic distension,dizziness,chest and abdomen.It is a kind of disease mainly manifested as boredom,nausea and vomiting,tiredness and fatigue,even coma and limb cold.According to Zhuang medicine’s understanding of“pestilence”and experience in prevention of infectious diseases,it is considered that the disease is highly infectious and causes extensive diseases,and should be actively prevented and controlled.The key to control the spread of infectious diseases is prevention.Based on the theory of“three Qi synchronization”of Zhuang medicine,this paper discusses from the aspects of disease prevention consciousness,drug prevention,folk health and disease prevention,medicated diet prevention,sports health prevention,isolation and pollution prevention,so as to provide a feasible scheme for the prevention of epidemic infectious diseases,and contribute to the strength of national medicine.
