儿童孤独症核心症状针灸经络辨证浅析

Analysis of Syndrome Differentiation of Acupuncture and Meridians for Core Symptoms of Childhood Autism

经络辨证作为针灸学中最重要的理论基础,但在临床中尚未凸显其重要地位,甚至日益被忽视。通过查阅《素问》《灵枢》等有关篇章,并结合近十年来针灸治疗儿童孤独症的临床观察文献,对比经络辨证与临床应用的选穴发现,经络辨证指导的常用腧穴与临床实际用穴存在较大差异,现代临床应用与经络辨证理论存在脱节的现象。目前,经络辨证并未起到指导现代临床治疗儿童孤独症的作用,古代文献中涉及的诸多腧穴未在儿童孤独症的临床上充分应用。今后,应进一步加强针灸经络辨证治疗儿童孤独症的临床指导作用。

As the most important theoretical basis of acupuncture and moxibustion,meridian syndrome differentiation has not highlighted its important position in clinical practice,and even has been increasingly ignored by everyone.By consulting The Plain Questions,The Miraculous Pivot and other classic literature,and combining with the clinical observation of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of childhood autism in major databases in recent ten years,the different acupoints between them were compared.There was a big discrepancy between the common acupoints based on meridian syndrome differentiation and the actual clinical acupoints.It can be seen that there is a disconnection between the modern clinical application and the theoretical guidance of meridian syndrome differentiation.At present,meridian syndrome differentiation has not played a guiding role in modern clinical treatment of childhood autism,and many acupoints involved in ancient literature have not been fully applied in the clinical treatment of childhood autism by acupuncture and moxibustion.In the future,we should further strengthen the clinical guidance of acupuncture and meridian syndrome differentiation in the treatment of childhood autism.
