小儿定喘口服液治疗急性喘息性支气管炎96例临床研究

Clinical Observation of 96Cases of Acute Asthmatic Bronchitis Treated by Xiaoer Dingchuan Oral Liquid

目的:探讨小儿定喘口服液治疗急性喘息性支气管炎痰热证的临床应用价值。方法:收集1~10岁急性喘息性支气管炎患儿200例,随机分为对照组和治疗组各100例,均给予退热、补液及雾化吸入等基础治疗,对照组加用氨溴特罗口服液治疗,治疗组加用小儿定喘口服液治疗,比较两组患儿的临床有效率及主要症状消失时间、中医证候总积分、血清CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体等指标。结果:治疗组在退热、止咳、化痰、平喘方面优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患儿血清CRP、IL-6及D-二聚体均较治疗前下降,但治疗组下降更明显(P<0.05);随访1周,治疗组复发例数少于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:小儿定喘口服液治疗小儿急性喘息性支气管炎痰热证疗效确切,可减少炎症介质释放,降低血液黏稠度,安全性高,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of children Dingchuan oral liquid in the treatment of acute asthmatic bronchitis phlegm heat syndrome.Methods:200 children with acute asthmatic bronchitis aged 1-10 years old were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.100 cases were given basic treatment such as fever relief,rehydration and atomization inhalation.The control group was added with ambroterol oral liquid.The treatment group was added with Dingchuan oral liquid.The clinical efficiency and main symptom disappearance time,TCM syndrome score were compared Serum CRP,IL-6 and D-dimer were also measured.Results:the treatment group was better than the control group in terms of fever,cough,phlegm and asthma(P<0.05);The serum CRP,IL-6 and D-Dimer of the two groups were lower than before treatment,but the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(P<0.05);The number of recurrence cases in the treatment group was less than that of the control group,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Xiaoerdingchuan oral liquid on phlegm heat syndrome of acute asthmatic bronchitis in children is accurate,which can reduce the release of inflammatory medium,reduce blood viscosity and high safety,which is worth popularizing and applying in clinic.
