收录于2020版《中华人民共和国药典》的4种“蒙古族验方”出处探源

Study on the Source of the Four“Mongolian Prescriptions”Which Recorded in the 2020 Edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China

对载入2020版《中华人民共和国药典》的七味葡萄散等4种"蒙古族验方"的出处进行了考究,发现这4种"蒙古族验方"均源自藏医《四部医典·后续医典·第四章散剂部》,藏医《四部医典》成书于公元8世纪,由宇妥宁玛·云丹贡布所著,比蒙医学三大经典著作的《四部甘露》《蒙药正典》《方海》等早1000多年。综合方剂出处的成书年代,并对方剂名称、配伍、剂型、疗效等进行分析及对比后得出,七味葡萄散等4种"蒙古族验方"完全源自《四部医典》散剂部所载的方剂。

To investigate the source of the four“Mongolian prescriptions”,including 7 Grape Powder,which recorded in the 2020 Edition of Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China,and it discovered that these four“Mongolian prescriptions”were all derived from“chapter on the powders”,chapter four of the Last Tantra of the Four Tantras.The Four Tantras was composed by Yutok Y?nten G?npo the Elder in eight century.The Tibetan medical text is earlier than three Mongolian classical texts,namely,the Four Nectar,Mongolian Medical Cannon,and the Ocean of Prescription.After analyzing and comparing the name,compatibility,dosage form,and curative effect of the comprehensive prescription source,the four“Mongolian prescriptions”,including 7 Grape Powder,are all derived from the prescriptions contained in the chapter on powder in Four Tantras.
