中药治疗心房颤动用药规律分析——基于数据挖掘

Analysis on the Rule of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Atrial Fibrillation Based on Data Mining Technology

目的:基于数据挖掘分析中药治疗心房颤动用药规律。方法:以"房颤"为主题词检索CNKI数据库2015年1月1日-2020年8月31日收录的中医药治疗心房颤动的临床随机对照研究文献并建立Excel数据库,利用中医药数据挖掘系统(TCM Miner)及古今医案云平台(V2.2.3)进行数据挖掘,具体方法包括频数分析、关联规则分析及聚类分析。结果:共纳入43篇有效文献,包含中药98味,使用频次共计479次。使用频次≥5次的中药有35味,累积使用381次。常用核心药物有炙甘草、麦冬、桂枝、地黄、党参、黄芪等,药物功效以补虚药为主,核心药对有麦冬-五味子、桂枝-炙甘草-麦冬、地黄-桂枝-炙甘草-阿胶等。结论:中医药治疗心房颤动多以益气养阴、活血宁心为主,主要药物包括炙甘草、麦冬、桂枝等。

Objective:To analyze the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation based on data mining technology.Methods:With“atrial fibrillation”as the main topic,the clinical randomized controlled research literature of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of atrial fibrillation included in CNKI database on January 1,2015 and August 31,2020 was retrieved and Excel database was established.Traditional Chinese Medicine Data Mining System(TCM Miner)and ancient and modern medical case cloud platform(V2.2.3)were used for data mining.Specific methods included frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis of high-frequency TCM.Results:A total of 43 effective literatures were included,including 98 Chinese herbal medicines,the frequency of traditional Chinese medicine was 479.Among them,there were 35 kinds of Chinese medicine frequency≥5,and there were 381 occurrences in total.Common core drugs include Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Radix Ophiopogonis,Ramulus Cinnamomi,Radix Rehmanniae,Radix Codonopsis,Radix Astragali,etc.The composition herbs were classified by their category that the tonic drugs were used the most frequently.The core drug pairs include Radix Ophiopogonis-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Ramulus Cinnamomi-Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-Fructus Schisandrae Chinensis,Radix Rehmanniae-Ramulus Cinnamomi-Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-ēJiāo,etc.Conclusion:The treatment of atrial fibrillation by TCM mainly focuses on supplementing qi and nourishing yin,promoting blood circulation and calming the heart and tranquilizing the mind.The main drugs include Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Radix Ophiopogonis,Ramulus Cinnamomi.
