总结韩树堂教授治疗便秘型肠易激综合征的经验。韩教授认为本病病位在大肠,但与脾(胃)、肝、肺、肾等脏腑的功能失常密切相关,基本病机无外乎气机郁滞、大肠传导失司和阴液亏虚、肠腑失于濡养两方面。治疗上重视整体调治,以健脾疏肝为主,同时运用理气、润肠、养阴、宣肺等法随证加减,体现中医辨证的灵活性和个体化,可获良效。

To summarize Han Shutang’s experience in the treatment of constipation irritable bowel syndrome.Teacher Han believes that the disease is located in the large intestine,but it is closely related to the dysfunction of spleen(stomach),liver,lung,kidney and other viscera.The basic pathogenesis is nothing but stagnation of qi,loss of large intestinal conduction and deficiency of Yin fluid,and loss of intestinal viscera in nourishment.Treatment as a whole,mainly to invigorate the spleen and soothe the liver,while the use of regulating qi,moistening intestines,nourishing yin,lung and other methods to add and subtract,reflecting the flexibility and individualization of TCM syndrome differentiation,good results can be obtained.
