王健教授认为反流性食管炎中虚气逆型主要是由于饮食五味、劳逸过用所致,病机关键在于"太阴开机不利",治疗当从"太阴"论治,着眼于健脾开太阴,辅以阖厥阴、枢少阴之法。从外苔茯苓饮证之病因病机、组方规律阐述反流性食管炎的治疗,并辅以典型病案为佐证,望为中医治疗该病提供理论指导。介绍王健教授基于"太阴为开"理论治疗反流性食管炎中虚气逆型经验,以飨同道。

This paper introduces professor Wang Jian’s experience in treating reflux esophagitis of deficiency Qi type based on the theory of"Taiyin for opening".Professor Wang Jian thinks that the deficiency Qi type of reflux esophagitis is mainly due to five tastes of diet and excessive use of labor and leisure.The key point of pathogenesis is that"Taiyin is not conducive to starting up".The treatment should be based on"Taiyin",focusing on strengthening spleen and opening Taiyin,supplemented by closing Jueyin and pivot Shaoyin.This paper expounds the treatment of reflux esophagitis from the etiology,pathogenesis and formula rules of waitai Fuling Yin Syndrome,supplemented by typical cases.We hope to provide theoretical guidance for the treatment of TCM.
