半夏泻心汤加减联合康复新液治疗脾胃湿热型慢性萎缩性胃炎临床观察

Clinical Obserration of Banxia Xiexin Decotion Combined with Kangfuxin Liquid in the Treatment of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis with Spleen-stomach Dampness Syndrome

目的:观察半夏泻心汤加减联合康复新液治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床疗效。方法:共收集慢性萎缩性胃炎且中医辨证属脾胃湿热型的患者56例,随机分为对照组和治疗组。对照组采用康复新液治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上联合半夏泻心汤加减治疗,两组疗程均为2个月,分析比较两组患者的临床疗效、中医症状积分、幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率及病理组织积分。结果:治疗组中医证候疗效总有效率为92.8%、对照组为75%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的内镜下组织萎缩及肠上皮化生均较对照组明显改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的幽门螺旋杆菌转阴率(76.9%)明显高于对照组(48%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前相比,两组症状评分均明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:半夏泻心汤加减联合康复新液能有效改善慢性萎缩性胃炎的临床症状及病理改变,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Kangfuxin liquid in treating chronic atrophic gastritis.Methods:56 patients with chronic atrophic gastritis diagnosed by the Department of Digestive Medicine in Shanxi Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital were randomLy divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was treated with rehabilitation new liquid,the treatment group was treated with Banxia Xiexin decoction on the basis of the control group,the course of treatment was 2 months,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom score,H.pylori negative rate and pathological tissue score of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results:The curative effect of TCM syndromes in treatment group was effective rate was 92.8%and 75%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the endoscopic tissue atrophy and intestinal metaplasia in the treatment group were significantly improved compared with the control group.the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).the conversion rate of helicobacter pylori(76.9%)in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group(48%).the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with before treatment,the symptom scores of the two groups were significantly lower and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Xiexin decoction combined with Kangfuxin liquid can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and pathological changes of chronic atrophic gastritis change,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
