基于谱效关系的白花败酱草黄酮部位抗肠肿瘤活性成分筛选研究

Spectrum-effect Relationship of the Antitumor Potential Active components of the Flavone of Patrinia villosa based on Grey correlation analysis

目的:基于谱效关系研究白花败酱草黄酮部位抗肿瘤潜在活性成分。方法:建立白花败酱草黄酮部位指纹图谱,利用灰色关联度分析相关成分,结合偏最小二乘回归分析法进一步明确白花败酱草黄酮部位抗肠肿瘤作用的物质基础。结果:应用灰色关联度及偏最小二乘回归分析法,找到7个相关色谱峰(7号、10号、15号、18号、19号、20号、24号峰),经指纹图谱比对为绿原酸、咖啡酸、野黄芩苷、异荭草苷、木犀草素、异牡荆素、芹菜素。结论:通过谱效关系研究结果显示,白花败酱草黄酮部位抗肠肿瘤作用是药效物质群共同作用的结果,分析出7种成分,可为进一步实验奠定基础。

Objective:To study the antitumor potential active components of Patrinia based on the spectral effect relationship.Methods:The fingerprint of different polarity extracts was established,grey raletion analysis and partial least squares regression were used to screen the anti-intestinal tumor active components.Results:Seven related orientins(7 th,10 th,15 th,18 th,19 th,20 th,24 th)have been identified by grey raletion analysis and partial least squares regression,they were chlorogenic acid,coffeelic acid,wild baicalin,isoorientin,luteolin,iso-vitalin and aperientin compared with the fingerprint.Conclusion:The results showed that the antiintestinal tumor effect was the result of the combined action of pharmacodynamic substances,and seven components were analyzed to lay the foundation for further experiments.
