一贯煎加减治疗老年慢性便秘验案举隅

Clinical Experience of Yiguan Decoction on Elderly Patients with Chronic Constipation

老年慢性便秘是以排便次数减少、排便困难、粪便干结等为主要症状的慢性胃肠道疾病。老年患者脏腑功能减退,尤以肝肾阴虚为主,阴液不足,甚或阴液干涸,加之气、血、津液生化乏源,肠道失于滋养,肠道传送无力,因而形成便秘,多为虚秘。以一贯煎加减临床治疗老年慢性便秘疗效较好,举验案证之。

Chronic constipation in the elderly is a chronic gastrointestinal disease characterized by reduced frequency of defecation,difficulty in defecation and dry stool.Most of the elderly patients have dysfunction of viscera,especially Yin deficiency of liver and kidney.Yin fluid is insufficient or even Yin fluid is dried up.In addition,Qi,blood and body fluid are lack of biochemical sources.The intestinal tract is not nourishing and the intestinal transmission is weak.Therefore,constipation is formed.Using Yiguan Decoction in the treatment of elderly patients with chronic constipation achieved good curative effect,list one case for evidence.
