摘要
通过对慢性阻塞性肺疾病病因病机、辨证分型、分机论治及临床病案的分析,发现运用"益气化痰活血法"诊疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期,其疗效显著。故总结葛正行教授运用益气化痰活血法治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期的经验,以供临床参考。
Through the analysis of pathogenesis,syndrome differentiation,extension treatment and clinical records of COPD,it is found that the method of"tonifying qi,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation"has a significant effect in the diagnosis and treatment of COPD at stable stage.Therefore,summarizes Professor Ge Zhengxing’s experience in the treatment of COPD stable stage with the method of tonifying qi,resolving phlegm and promoting blood circulation,just for clinical reference.
