复方芩柏颗粒熏洗坐浴联合松花粉治疗肛瘘术后继发性肛周湿疹临床观察

Clinical Observation of Compound Qinbai Granule Fumigation Bath Combined with Pine Pollen in the Treatment of Secondary Perianal Eczema After Anal Fistula Operation

目的:研究探讨复方芩柏颗粒熏洗坐浴联合松花粉治疗肛瘘术后继发性肛周湿疹的临床效果。方法:将80例肛瘘术后继发性肛周湿疹患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组40例采用复方芩柏颗粒熏洗坐浴联合松花粉治疗,对照组40例采用曲咪新乳膏治疗,分别在治疗前、治疗后第3天、治疗后第7天,对两组患者的肛周瘙痒、皮损形态、皮损面积进行评分。比较观察组与对照组的临床疗效。结果:经药物治疗7天后,两组患者的瘙痒评分、皮损形态评分、皮损面积评分均较治疗前有所下降,且与对照组比较,观察组的各项评分下降更明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组有效率为92.5%,对照组有效率为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:复方芩柏颗粒熏洗坐浴联合松花粉可有效治疗肛瘘术后所继发的肛周湿疹,且效果满意,值得进一步研究与推广。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of compound Qinbai granule fumigation bath combined with pine pollen in treating secondary perianal eczema after anal fistula operation.Methods:80 patients with secondary perianal eczema after anal fistula operation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.In the observation group,40 cases were treated with compound Qinbai granule fumigation bath combined with pine pollen,and 40 cases in the control group were treated with Qu Mi Xin cream(Triamcinolone Acetonide Acetate and Miconazole Nitrate and Neomycin Sulfate Cream).Before treatment,on the 3 rd day and on the 7 rd day,the perianal itching,skin lesion morphology and skin lesion area of the two groups were graded.The clinical efficacy between 2 groups was compared.Results:After 7 days of treatment,the pruritus score,skin lesion morphology score and skin lesion area score of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment,and the score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The effective rate was 92.5%in the observation group and 75%in the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Qinbai granule fumigation bath combined with pine pollen can effectively treat perianal eczema after anal fistula.Its effect is satisfactory and deserves further study and popularization.
