耳聪丸治疗突发性耳聋临床疗效回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Ercong Pill in the Treatment of Sudden Hearing Loss

目的:回顾性分析耳聪丸治疗气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的疗效。方法:收集244例突发性聋患者临床资料,根据治疗方案不同分为3组,其中使用激素方案治疗(激素组)41例,使用耳聪丸方案治疗(耳聪丸组)61例,耳聪丸联合激素方案治疗(联合用药组)142例,根据听力损失累计频率和程度分型,比较3组方法对突发性聋的疗效。结果:激素组、耳聪丸组、联合用药组3组之间两两比较,其中激素组与耳聪丸组治疗有效率差别不大(P>0.05),联合用药组治疗总有效率优于激素组及耳聪丸组(P均<0.05);听力曲线为平坦下降型的突发性聋,联合用药组治疗总有效率高于激素组(P<0.05)。结论:耳聪丸对气滞血瘀型突发性聋患者听力有一定改善作用,与激素联合使用能有效提高气滞血瘀型突发性耳聋的疗效,且对平坦下降型突发性聋联合用药疗效佳。

Objective:To conduct a retrospective analysis of the effect of Ercong pill on sudden hearing loss due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Collected 244 cases of clinical data of patients with sudden hearing loss,and divide them into three groups according to the different treatment,including 41 cases using steroid therapy group(hormones group),61 cases using Ercong pill solution treatment(Ercong pill group),142 cases using Ercong pill with steroid therapy(combination group),and each group was classified according to the frequency and degree of hearing loss involved,and the efficacy of each group for sudden hearing loss was compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the effective rate between the hormone group and the Ercong pill group(P>0.05),and the effective rate of the combined group was better than that of the hormone group and the Ercong pill group(all P<0.05).The hearing curve was flat and descending sudden hearing loss,and the treatment efficiency of the combined group was higher than that of the hormone group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ercong pill can effectively improve the hearing of patients with sudden hearing loss due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis.Combined use with hormone can effectively improve the efficacy of sudden hearing loss due to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,and the combined use of Ercong pills has a good effect on flat and descending sudden hearing loss.
