针刺三阳输穴配合温针灸治疗肩周炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Scapulohumeral Periarthritis Treated by Acupuncture at Sanyang Acupoint Combined with Warm Acupuncture

目的:观察针刺三阳输穴配合温针灸治疗肩周炎的临床疗效。方法:将72例患者随机分为观察组(n=36)及对照组(n=36)。对照组采用肩髃、肩前、肩贞温针灸,观察组在对照组基础上结合三阳输穴针刺治疗,采用Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分评定患者疼痛及活动情况,治疗2个疗程后比较疗效。结果:观察组总有效率为91.7%,对照组总有效率为86.1%,治疗后观察组的Constant-Murley肩关节功能评分优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:针刺三阳输穴配合温针灸可更好地治疗肩周炎。

Objective:To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture at Sanyang acupoint combined with warm acupuncture on scapulohumeral periarthritis.Methods:72 patients were randomly divided into observation group(n=36)and control group(n=36).In the control group,Jianyu,Jianqian,Jianzhen wenzhen acupuncture was used.The observation group was treated with acupuncture the Sanyang acupoint on the basis of control group.The patients’pain and activity were evaluated by Constant-Murley shoulder function score.The curative effect was compared after 2 courses of treatment.Results:The total effective rate was 91.7%in the observation group and 86.1%in the control group.After treatment,the Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of scapulohumeral periarthritis can be better by acupuncture at Sanyang acupoint combined with warm acupuncture.
