乳果糖、益肠通秘汤联合温灸疗法治疗慢传输型便秘脾肾阳虚证临床观察

Clincial Observation of Lactulose and Yichang Tongmi Decoction Combined with Warm Moxibustion Therapy in the Treatment of Slow Transit Constipation with Spleen-kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome

目的:观察乳果糖、益肠通秘汤联合温灸疗法治疗慢传输型便秘(STC)脾肾阳虚证的临床疗效。方法:将70例STC脾肾阳虚证患者按随机数字表法分为实验组、对照组各35例。对照组单纯服用乳果糖加温灸疗法,实验组在对照组基础上口服经验方益肠通秘汤治疗,两组疗程均为1个月,比较两组患者治疗前后临床症状积分(粪便性状评分、排便费力评分、排便频率评分、排便时间评分、腹胀评分)、结肠传输功能及便秘疗效。结果:两组治疗前后临床症状积分差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后结肠传输功能明显改善,但两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);实验组患者治疗后总有效率为91.4%,高于对照组的79.9%(P<0.05)。结论:用乳果糖、益肠通秘汤联合温灸疗法治疗脾肾阳虚型STC疗效显著,可改善患者临床症状,促进结肠传输功能,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the clincial efficacy of lactulose and yichang tongmi decoction combined with warm moxibustion therapy in the treatment of slow transit constipation with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency syndrome.Methods:Seventy cases of STC patients with spleen-kidney Yang deficiency were randomly divided into experimental grop and control group,thirty-five cases in each grop.The control group was treated with lactulose and warm moxibustion,the experimental group was treated with oral experience fang yichang tongmi decoction on the basis of the control group.The treatment course of both groups was one month.To compared two groups constipation patient’s clinical symptom scores(fecal trait score,defecation effort score,defecation frequency score,defecation time score,abdominal distension score),constipation efficacy and colon transport function pretherapy and post-treatment.Results:There was a statistically significant difference in the scores of clinical symptoms between the two groups pretherapy and posttreatment(P<0.05).The colon transport function of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 91.4%,which was higher than that in the control group79.9%(P<0.05).There was significant difference between two group.Conclusion:Treating spleenkidney Yang deficiency STC with lactulose,yichang tongmi decoction and warm moxibustion therapy can improve patients’clinical symptoms and promote colon transmission function,which is worthy of clincial promotion.
