摘要
目的:对湘产大青叶正丁醇提取物的化学成分进行快速定性分析。方法:采用超高液相色谱-四级杆飞行时间质谱(UPLC-Q-TOF-MS)联用技术结合UNIFI筛查平台得到初筛化合物,结合质谱数据及文献数据对其进行验证。结果:共鉴定了32个化合物,其中黄酮类成分9个、甾体类及萜类成分7个、苯乙醇类成分3个、其他类成分13个。结论:该研究为湘产大青叶质量控制标准提升奠定了基础。
Objective:To identify the chemical composition of butanol extract from Clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz.Methods:Preliminary screening compounds were obtained by UPLC-Q-TOF-MS combined with UNIFI informatics platform,and inferred by mass spectrometry data and literature data.Results:Totally 32 components were rapidly identified,including 9 flavonoids,7 steroids and terpenoids,3 phenylethanol and 13 other components.Conclusion:The study can help to improve the quality control standards of Clerodendrum cyrtophyllum Turcz.
