针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎研究进展

Research Progress of Acupuncture in the Treatment of Allergic Rhinitis

过敏性鼻炎是指特应性个体接触过敏原后,主要由IgE介导的介质(主要是组胺)释放,并有多种免疫活性细胞和细胞因子等参与的鼻黏膜非感染性炎性疾病。过敏性鼻炎是严峻的全球性临床难题,不断威胁着人类健康和生活质量。针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎具有显著的疗效,通过单纯针刺、针药并用、灸法、穴位贴敷、穴位埋线、特殊针刺及相互结合等疗法,刺激相对应的经络腧穴,抑制胆碱能神经兴奋,调节免疫功能,来治疗过敏性鼻炎。近年来针灸在治疗过敏性鼻炎取得了显著的进展,具有操作简便、绿色安全、疗效可观等优点;同时也发现在临床辨证、取穴、实验设计、评价标准、疗效评定等方面存在不足。

Allergic rhinitis refers to the non-infectious inflammatory disease of nasal mucosa that is mainly released by IgE mediated mediators(mainly histamines)after the atopic individuals are exposed to allergens,and involves a variety of immune active cells and cytokines.Allergic rhinitis(ar)is a serious clinical topic in the world,which constantly threatens human health and quality of life.Acupuncture treatment of allergic rhinitis has a significant effect,through simple acupuncture,acupuncture,moxibustion,acupoint application,acupoint embedding,special acupuncture and mutual combination of therapies,stimulate the corresponding meridian acupoints,inhibit cholinergic nerve excitement,regulate the immune function,to treat allergic rhinitis.In recent years,acupuncture has made remarkable progress in the treatment of allergic rhinitis,which is characterized by simple operation,green safety and considerable curative effect.At the same time,it also found deficiencies in clinical dialectics,acupoint selection,experimental design,evaluation criteria and efficacy evaluation.
