基于脑-肠轴理论探讨中医从肝脾论治抑郁症研究进展

Discussion on the Treatment of Depression from the liver and Spleen based on the Theory of Brain-gut Axis

抑郁症是临床上常见的身心疾病,发病机制复杂,学者们提出了一系列关于抑郁症发病机制的学说或假说,包括5-羟色胺假说、多巴胺假说、下丘脑-垂体-肾上腺皮质轴功能障碍假说、乙酰胆碱假说等。近年来,越来越多的研究开始关注脑-肠轴在抑郁症发病中的作用。中医认为肝失疏泄、脾失健运乃抑郁症的主要病机,临床常从肝脾论治。以脑-肠轴理论为切入点,探讨中医从肝脾论治抑郁症的作用机理,为临床治疗抑郁症提供参考。

Depression is a common physically and mentally disease in clinical practice,and the pathogensis is miscellaneous,scholars have put forward a series of theory or hypothesis about the depression,including 5-HT hypothesis,dopamine hypothesis,the hypothalamus-pituitary-adrenal axis dysfunction hypothesis,acetycholine hypothesis,etc.In recent years,there are more and more studies have focused on the role of the brain-gut axis in the pathogenesis of depression.In traditional Chinese medicine,liver dysfunction and spleen dysfunction are the main pathogenesis of depression.Based on the theory of brain-gut axis,this paper discusses the mechanism of treating dep ression from liver and spleen,and provides a new idea for clinical treatment of depression.
