从少阳水木自焚论治桥本甲状腺炎 被引量:3

摘要 桥本甲状腺炎具有一定遗传倾向,早期患者可无明显症状,但甲状腺却因病毒或细菌感染,抑或甲状腺上皮细胞自身改变而使淋巴细胞等浸润导致自身免疫激活从而发生一系列病理变化。桥本甲状腺炎的这种病理变化,正与中医"伏邪"理论相符。根据桥本甲状腺炎的病理变化、少阳自身特点等相关理论,桥本甲状腺炎当从少阳水木自焚论治,辨证可分为三期,验之临床,每多良效。 Hashimoto thyroiditis(hereinafter referred to as QiaoJia-yan)has a certain genetic predisposition.Early stage patients have no apparent symptoms.If the thyroid gland is infected with a virus or bacterium,the autoimmunity of the thyroid gland will be activated.Such pathological changes are similar to the theories of"Potential Pathogenic Factors"of TCM.According to the pathological changes of Hashimoto thyroiditis and Shaoyang characteristics theory,we should treat Hashimoto thyroiditis from the theory of wood of Shaoyang burning itself in the water.Syndrome differentiation can be divided into three stages.By this way,the therapeutic effect is obvious.
