论《金匮要略》养阴法

Discussion on the Method of Nourishing Yin in Synopsis of the Golden Chamber

通过对《金匮要略》中关于养阴法条文的收集、分析、归纳,发现仲景养阴法的内容十分丰富,滋养阴液并不是唯一途径。张仲景在杂病治疗中,通过辨证论治,治病求本,灵活运用养阴法,如清润养阴、益气养阴、利水养阴、活血养阴、扶阳养阴等,效果显著。对仲景养阴法治疗杂病做进一步探讨,以更好地指导临床实践,让《金匮要略》发挥更大的作用。

Through the collection,analysis and induction of the ideological provisions of Yin-nourishing in synopsis of the Golden Chamber,it is found that Zhongjing Yin-nourishing method is rich in application,and nourishing Yin fluid is not the only way.Zhongjing in the treatment of miscellaneous diseases,through syndrome differentiation treatment,cure the disease to seek the root,flexible use of Yin-nourishing methods,such as:clear run Yin,Yi qi Yin-nourishing method,water-nourishing Yin method,blood-activating Yin,Fu yang Yin-nourishing methods,the effect is remarkable.The application of Zhongjing Yin-nourishing method in miscellaneous diseases is further discussed in order to better guide the clinical practice of modern doctors and make the synopsis of the Golden Chamber play agreater role in guiding the clinic.
