耳石症又名良性阵发性位置性眩晕(BPPV),是一种临床较为常见,发病与头部位置相关,并可引发短暂眩晕的外周前庭性疾病。属于中医"眩晕"范畴,该病案患者反复头晕3年余,加重3周,伴视物旋转,后躺时伴强烈恐惧感,颈部酸痛不适,有口苦、口干等症状,辨证属肝阳上亢证,临床治疗以手法复位联合针刺平肝潜阳、清火熄风为主,疗效较好。
