葛根芩连胶囊HPLC特征图谱研究

Establishment of HPLC Characteristic Fingerprints of Gegen Qinlian Capsule

目的:建立葛根芩连胶囊的特征图谱,为其质量控制提供参考。方法:采用高效液相法建立10批葛根芩连胶囊的特征谱图,采用相似度计算、聚类分析对葛根芩连胶囊质量进行判别分析。结果:建立了葛根芩连胶囊HPLC指纹图谱,并获得了10批样品的相似度(相似度均>0.9);确定共有峰11个,通过和对照品谱图比对分析,确定1号峰为3′-羟基葛根素,2号峰为葛根素,3号峰为3′-甲氧基葛根素,4号峰为葛根素木糖苷,5号峰为大豆苷,8号峰为盐酸小檗碱,9号峰为盐酸巴马汀,10号峰为黄芩苷。通过聚类分析,10批葛根芩连胶囊可以分为2类。结论:所建立的特征图谱分析方法灵敏度高、结果准确、专属性强,为葛根芩连胶囊的质量控制提供了有效的技术方法,可用于葛根芩连胶囊的质量控制。

Objective:The HPLC characteristic fingerprints of Gegen Qinlian capsule was established to provide reference for its quality control.Methods:Fingerprints of 10 batches Gegen Qinlian capsule were established by HPLC with similarity analyses and evaluated by cluster analysis.Results:The method of fingerprint of Gegen Qinlian capsule was established,the similarities were greater than 0.9.There were 11 common peaks in the HPLC fingerprint.Compared with the spectrogram of reference substances,the peak 1 was 3′-hydroxypuerarin,the peak 2 was puerarin,the peak 3 was 3′-methoxypuerarin,the peak 4 was puerarin lignin,the peak5 was daidzein,the peak 8 was berberine hydrochloride,the peak 9 was bamatine hydrochloride and the peak 10 was baicalin.The ten samples were classified into two clusters through cluster analysis.Conclusion:This method was sensitive,convenient and practical,and it can be used can be used for the quality control of Gegen Qinlian capsule.
