中医湿浊的物质基础研究概述

Research on the Material Basis of Dampness in Traditional Chinese Medicine

湿浊是中医学主要致病因素之一,其性黏滞,易阻遏气机,主要累及肺、脾、肾三脏。通过整理相关文献,基于机体的差异代谢物质研究阐明湿浊的生物学内涵,从湿浊与肺脾肾三脏的关系分别论述脾虚湿困、痰湿阻肺、肾虚湿浊不化与机体生理病理机制变化的相关性,系统阐述中医湿浊的物质基础研究现状,使中医病因客观化、现代化,为规范中医证候诊断及中医药疗效评价提供一定参考依据。

Dampness is one of the main pathogenic factors in traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Its sexual viscosity can easily block the qi and mainly affect the lung,spleen and kidney.In this paper,by collating relevant literature and clarifying the biological connotation of wet turbidity based on the study of the body’s differential metabolite,from the relationship between dampness and lung,spleen and kidney,respectively,discuss the relationship between spleen deficiency and dampness,phlegm dampness blocking the lung,kidney deficiency and dampness and turbidity and changes in the body’s physiological and pathological mechanisms.The purpose is to systematically explain the current status of research on the material basis of TCM wet and muddy,so as to objectiveize and modernize the etiology of TCM,and provide a reference for standardizing TCM syndrome diagnosis and TCM curative effect evaluation.
