茵栀黄化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Advances in the Study of Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Effects of Yin-Zhi-Huang

茵栀黄由茵陈、栀子、黄芩、金银花4味中药组成,其中茵陈为君药。茵栀黄是中国临床上使用较多的复方制剂,目前有5种剂型,选择范围广,发展成熟。茵栀黄的主要有效成分是对羟基苯乙酮、栀子苷、黄芩苷、绿原酸,常用于治疗新生儿黄疸、肝炎、肝纤维化、胆汁淤积等病症。茵栀黄用药历史悠久,临床应用经验丰富。在文献研究的基础上对茵栀黄相关化学成分和药理作用进行系统梳理总结,以期为临床合理用药提供参考。

Yin-Zhi-Huang is composed of four traditional Chinese medicines,including yinchen,gardenia,scutellaria and honeysuckle.Among them,yinchen is the principal drug.Yin-Zhi-Huang is a compound preparation widely used in clinical practice in China.Currently,there are 5 dosage forms with a wide range of choices and mature development.The main active components of Yin-ZhiHuang are p-hydroxyacetophenone,gardenoside,baicalin and chlorogenic acid,which are often used in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,hepatitis,liver fibrosis,cholestasis and other diseases.Yin-Zhi-Huang has a long history of medication and rich experience in clinical application.On the basis of literature research,the related chemical constituents and pharmacological effects of Yin-Zhi-Huang were systematically summarized in order to provide reference for clinical rational drug use.
