痛风一词最早出现于梁·陶弘景所整理的《名医别录》中,但同一时期书籍中未见痛风一词,其所言之"痛风"究竟是一种病名,还是只有"因风而百节痛"之意?古代痛风与现代医学中痛风又存在怎样的关系?通过研究发现,宋代才将痛风作为一种病名,而不同时代对痛风的定义不同,同一时代不同书籍对痛风的定义也不同,总体来看,古代痛风的概念包含了现代风湿热、类风湿性关节炎、痛风等疾病。

The word gout first appeared in the famous Doctors’Records compiled by Tao Hongjing,but it is not found in other books of the same period.Is gout a kind of disease or just a kind of joint pain caused by the wind?What is the relationship between gout in ancient times and gout in modern medicine?Through research,it is found that gout was regarded as a disease name only in the Song Dynasty,and different definitions of gout are different in different times and different books in the same era.Generally speaking,the concept of ancient gout includes modern rheumatic fever,rheumatoid arthritis,modern gout and other diseases.
