基于数据挖掘分析中药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎用药规律

Analysis of the Medication Rule of Chinese Medicine for Children with Acute Tonsillitis Based on Data Mining

目的:基于数据挖掘探讨中医药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的用药规律。方法:通过检索CNKI、万方数据知识服务平台建库至2020年7月的数据库,将符合标准的方剂纳入数据库,对药物进行频次统计、性味、归经、功效、关联规则分析、聚类分析及复杂网络分析。结果:共筛选出217首处方,应用中药173味,使用频次较高的中药为连翘、桔梗、金银花、薄荷等,药性以寒、平、凉居多,药味以苦、辛、甘为主,归经多属肺、胃、肝经,常用药对为金银花与连翘。结论:中医药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的原则以清热解毒、利咽消肿为主,用药讲究轻清宣透。通过数据挖掘总结出中药治疗小儿急性扁桃体炎的用药规律,对临床治疗有重要意义。

Objective:To investigate the medication rule of Chinese medicine in the treatment of Children with Acute tonsillitis based on data mining.Methods:Through searching the database of CNKI and Wan fang Data Knowledge Service Platform until August 2020,the prescriptions that meet the standards were included in the database,and the frequency statistics,taste,meridian,efficacy,association rule analysis,and clustering of the drugs were performed Analysis and complex network analysis.Results:A total of217 prescriptions were screened and 173 Chinese medicines were used.The most frequently used Chinese medicines were forsythia,platycodon,honeysuckle,peppermint,etc.The medicinal properties were mostly cold,calm and cold,and the medicinal tastes were mainly bitter,pungent and sweet.The meridians mostly belongs to lung,stomach,liver meridian,and the commonly used medicine pair is honeysuckle and forsythia.Conclusion:The principles of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of children with acute tonsillitis are mainly to clear away heat and toxins,relieve the throat and reduce swelling,and the medication should be light and clear.Through data mining,it is of great significance to the clinical treatment to summarize the rule of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute tonsillitis in children.
