Experience of Professor Yang Zhibo on Treating Vitiligo with TCM Pair Drugs

白癜风是临床常见的皮肤病,易诊难治,影响美观,对患者容貌和心理有较大影响。杨志波教授善于辨证论治并使用各种中药药对治疗该病。根据疏风和营、行气活血、健脾补肾三种治法分别列举杨志波教授治疗白癜风的常用药对经验,以供皮肤病专科临床用药借鉴。

Vitiligo is a common clinical skin disease,easy to diagnose and difficult to treat,affects the appearance,and has a greater impact on patients’psychological and social communication.Professor Yang Zhibo has rich experience in the treatment of vitiligo.He is good at syndrome differentiation and treatment,and uses various Chinese medicine pairs to treat the disease.In this paper,professor Yang Zhibo’s experience in the treatment of vitiligo was listed according to three methods:"dispelling wind and relieving exterior syndrome"、"promoting Qi to activate blood"、"invigorating spleen and kidney"to provide reference for clinical medicine of dermatology specialty.
