摘要
范伏元教授根据肺磨玻璃结节的病因病机,提出了分期论治肺磨玻璃结节,早期应燥湿化痰、理气散结,中期应疏肝解郁、化痰祛瘀,晚期应逐瘀祛痰、攻毒散结。范伏元教授临床运用二陈汤、柴胡疏肝散合桃红四物汤、补肺解毒汤等方,临证加减治疗肺磨玻璃结节疗效显著,并在各期治疗中酌情辅以具有抗肿瘤作用的中药,充分体现了中医"治未病"的思想。
According to the etiology and pathogenesis of ground glass nodules in the lung,Professor Fan Fuyuan proposed the treatment of pulmonary ground glass nodules by stages.In the early stage,it should dry dampness and remove phlegm,regulate qi and dispel stagnation,in the middle stage,it should relieve the liver and relieve depression,remove phlegm and remove blood stasis,and in the late stage,it should remove blood stasis and phlegm,fight toxins and disperse nodules.Professor Fan Fuyuan used Erchen decoction,Chaihu Shugan powder,Taohong Siwu decoction and Bufei Jiedu decoction and other prescriptions to treat pulmonary ground glass nodule.The clinical effect was significant.He also used Chinese medicine with anti-tumor effect in each stage of treatment,which fully reflected the idea of"preventive treatment of disease"in traditional Chinese medicine.
