桃仁杜仲汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肾虚血瘀型)41例临床观察

Clinical Effect of 41 Cases of Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc(Kidney Deficiency and Blood Stasis Type)Treated by Taoren Duzhong Decoction

目的:观察桃仁杜仲汤治疗腰椎间盘突出症(肾虚血瘀型)患者的临床疗效。方法:选择82例肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症患者,分为观察组和对照组各41例,对照组患者服用藤黄健骨片治疗,4片/次,3次/天;观察组患者服用桃仁杜仲汤治疗,1剂/天,早晚2次温服,两组均以4周为1个疗程。分别比较两组患者治疗前、治疗2周、治疗4周后疼痛VAS评分、腰背部功能SC-ODI评分变化,以及临床疗效。结果:经过治疗,观察组临床疗效明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前SC-ODI、VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗2周、4周后SC-ODI、VAS评分均显著优于治疗前(P<0.05),且观察组患者评分改善情况优于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:桃仁杜仲汤治疗肾虚血瘀型腰椎间盘突出症效果显著,能有效减轻患者临床症状。

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Taoren Duzhong Decoction in treating patients with lumbar disc herniation(kidney deficiency and blood stasis type).Methods:Eighty-two patients with lumbar disc herniation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were divided into observation group and control group according to the order of enrollment,with 41 patients in each group.The control group took Garcinia Gambogia Tablets,3 times a day.The observation group took Taoren Duzhong Decoction,One dose a day,divided into two warm doses in the morning and evening,taking 4 weeks as a course of treatment.During this period,the pain VAS scores and the changes in the low back function SC-ODI scores of the treatment group and the control group before treatment,2 weeks after treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were compared,differences in curative effect between the two groups were compare.Results:After 4 consecutive weeks of treatment,the observation group was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05);there was no statistical difference in the SC-ODI and VAS scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),while the two groups The SC-ODI and VAS scores after 2 weeks of treatment and 4 weeks after treatment were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).At the same time,the treatment effect of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Taoren Duzhong Decoction has a significant effect in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation of kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients.
