Study on the Quality Standard of Glutinous Rice Root in Guizhou

目的:了解贵州范围内糯稻根的生境分布、质量现状,建立糯稻根质量控制方法,保护民族药资源,提高药材质量,促进民族药可持续发展。方法:对糯稻根的生境分布、性状特征进行考证,建立显微鉴别方法、薄层色谱鉴别方法,并测定其水分、灰分、浸出物含量。结果:明确了糯稻根的性状特征,修订了糯稻根的显微鉴别及薄层色谱鉴别方法,增加了水分、灰分、浸出物含量的测定。结论:糯稻根的性状、显微特征明显,薄层色谱分离效果较好,重现性佳,水分、灰分、浸出物测定方法可行,研究结果可为糯稻根的质量控制提供依据。

Objective:To understand the habitat distribution and quality status of glutinous rice root in Guizhou Province,establish quality control methods of glutinous rice root,protect national medicine resources,improve the quality of medicinal materials,and promote the sustainable development of national medicine.Methods:The habitat distribution and character characteristics of glutinous rice root were studied.Microscopic identification method and thin layer chromatography identification method were established.Water,ash and extract were determined.Results:The characters and characteristics of glutinous rice root were clarified,the microscopic identification and TLC identification methods of glutinous rice root were revised,and the determination of water,ash and extract was added.Results:The characteristics of glutinous rice root were clarified.The microscopic identification and TLC identification methods of glutinous rice root were revised,and the determination of water,ash and extract was added.Conclusion:The results showed that the characteristics and microscopic characteristics of glutinous rice root were obvious,the thin layer chromatography separation effect was good,the reproducibility was good,and the determination method of moisture,ash and extract was feasible.This study can provide the basis for the quality control of glutinous rice root.
