偏头痛属于壮医"巧尹病"的范畴,是神经内科常见病、多发病。壮医治疗偏头痛具有"简、便、廉、验"的特点,但临床普及运用及认知度尚显不足。从壮医理论角度对偏头痛的病因病机及临床治疗进行了梳理,为临床进一步推广壮医治疗偏头痛提供参考。
