基于温病学说论述五加减正气散在功能性消化不良中的应用

Brief Analysis of the Application of Five Ingredients of Jiajian Zhengqi Powder in Functional Dyspepsia Based on the Theory of Epidemic Febrile Diseases Thoery

现代人体质多偏湿偏热,温病学说用途愈加广泛。中焦最易被湿热波及而产生疾病,其中"痞满""胃脘痛"等病证尤为常见,由于功能性消化不良的症状与此类中医疾病有相似之处,故可借鉴温病学说清热化湿之法进行治疗。五加减正气散正是治疗以湿热为主所致脘腹胀满等病证的方药。从五加减正气散的来源及组方依据、功能性消化不良的中医辨治和五加减正气散辨证论治应用于功能性消化不良三个方面来论述该方在功能性消化不良中的应用。

modern people’s constitution is more partial wet partial hot,the theory of Epidemic Febrile Diseases is becoming more widely used.Middle energizer is most susceptible to disease by heat and humidity,among which Distention and Fullness,Epigastric Pain and other diseases are particularly common.Because the symptoms of functional dyspepsia are similar to these diseases in traditional Chinese medicine,the method of clearing heat and changing dampness is used for reference.The five ingredients of Jiajian Zheng Qi powder is the treatment of damp-heat mainly caused by abdominal distension and other diseases.So this paper will analyze the application of wujia zhengqi powder in functional dyspepsia from three aspects:the source of the five ingredients of Jiajian Zheng Qi powder,the TCM treatment of functional dyspepsia and the indications of the five ingredients of Jiajian Zheng Qi powder applied in functional dyspepsia.
