已变部位尺寸大小探讨——基于古今未变骨度尺寸

摘要 目的:通过与体重指数(BMI)无关及有关部位古今未变骨度折成1寸的长度均值,来分别验证已变部位骨度折成1寸的尺寸大小,以期为规范骨度分寸定位法提供参考依据。方法:基于"骨度分寸古代文献"数据库,分别总结古今未变及已变的骨度尺寸,并结合人体测量对BMI在不同范围的200名志愿者15项骨度进行实测。结果:(1)古今尺寸大小未变及已变的骨度均有6条;(2)股骨大转子至腘横纹(平髌尖)、腘横纹(平髌尖)至外踝尖的测量值与BMI存在相关关系;两乳头之间和两乳晕内侧缘之间的测量值与BMI存在显著相关关系;(3)已变部位骨度尺寸建议按照两乳头之间9.5寸、两乳晕内侧缘之间8寸、天突至岐骨9寸、岐骨至脐心9寸、脐心至横骨6.5寸、肘横纹至腕横纹12寸、胫骨内侧髁下方阴陵泉至内踝尖16寸折量定穴。结论:(1)将BMI作为影响因素,符合骨度适于"众人之度"的特点;(2)由"已知"(古今未变骨度)骨度推"未知"(已变部位骨度)骨度,依据"局部"(各部位骨度折成1寸的长度)与整体(BMI)的固定关系,可验证骨度起止点,探求正确尺寸。 Objective:Through the length mean of the unchanged bone converted into 1 cun in the parts unrelated to body mass index(BMI)and related to BMI,the size of the changed bone converted into 1 cun was verified respectively,in order to provide reference for standardizing the positioning method of bone cun.Methods:Based on the database of"Ancient Literature on Bone cun",the unchanged and changed bone size in ancient and modern times were summarized respectively,,and 15 items of bone size were measured in combination with anthropometry in 200 volunteers with BMI in different ranges.Results:(1)There are 6 bones with the same size and changed bones in ancient and modern times;(2)The measurements from the greater trochanter of femur to the popliteal transverse stria(flush with the patellar tip),the popliteal transverse stria(flush with the patellar tip)to the lateral malleolus tip were correlated with BMI,and the measurements between the two nipples and the medial edge of the areola were significantly correlated with BMI;(3)The bone size of the changed part is suggested to be 9.5 cun between two nipples,8 cun between the medial edge of areola,9 cun from Tiantu point to sword chest union,9 cun from sword chest union to umbilical cord,6.5 cun from umbilical cord to transverse bone,12 cun from transverse striation of elbow to transverse pattern of wrist,and 16 cun from Yinlingquan point to medial malleolus under the medial condyle of tibia.Conclusion:(1)Taking BMI as an influencing factor,it accords with the characteristic that bone can be applied to all people;(2)According to the fixed relationship between the"local"(the bone of each part is folded to a length of 1 cun.)and the whole(BMI),the starting and ending point of the bone can be verified and the correct size can be explored based on the deduction of the"unknown"(the bone of the changed site)from the"known"(the bone has not changed in ancient and modern times)bone.
