三步一顺推拿法联合针刺治疗急性腰肌扭伤早期临床疗效观察

Observation of the Early Effect of Three Steps and One Smooth Massage Combined with Acupuncture in the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Muscle Sprain

目的:观察三步一顺推拿法联合针刺治疗急性腰肌扭伤的早期临床疗效。方法:选取急性腰肌扭伤患者67例,随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组(n=34)采用三步一顺推拿法联合针刺疗法,对照组(n=33)采用针刺疗法。疗程结束后记录两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分及治疗总有效率。结果:治疗前两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组患者VAS评分、ODI评分均显著降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者总有效率为94.12%,高于对照组的84.85%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:三步一顺推拿法联合针刺治疗急性腰肌扭伤早期疗效较好,可有效改善患者临床症状,优于常规针刺疗法。

Objective:To observe the early clinical efficacy of three-step massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain.Methods:67 patients with acute lumbar muscle sprain were randomly divided into observation group(n=34)and control group(n=33).After the treatment,the vas,ODI scores and the total effective rate of the two groups were recorded.Results:There was no significant difference in VAS and ODI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),but after treatment,vas and ODI scores of the two groups were significantly decreased,and the decrease in the observation group was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.12%,higher than 84.85%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The three-step and one-step massage combined with acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar muscle sprain has good early curative effect and can effectively improve the clinical symptoms,which is superior to the conventional acupuncture.
