踝关节镜配合养血止痛丸治疗距骨骨软骨损伤回顾性分析

Retrospective Analysis of Ankle Arthroscopy Combined With Yangxue Zhitong Pill in the Treatment of Osteochondral Lesions of the Talus

目的:评价踝关节镜配合养血止痛丸治疗距骨骨软骨损伤的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月-2020年1月于河南省洛阳正骨医院足踝科因距骨骨软骨损伤而采用踝关节镜手术并配合口服养血止痛丸治疗的患者35例,分析其临床资料,采用疼痛视觉模拟评分(VAS)以及美国足踝医师协会后足与踝关节评分(AOFAS HA score)的两种评分方法对患者治疗前、治疗后6个月、治疗后12个月进行疗效评定。结果:所有患者均在治疗后6个月、12个月获得随访,VAS评分治疗前为(6.03±1.49)分,治疗后6个月为(2.40±0.79)分,治疗后12个月为(0.57±0.34)分;AOFAS评分治疗前为(50.28±5.25)分,治疗后6个月为(79.03±4.83)分,治疗后12个月为(93.12±6.90)分。结论:踝关节镜手术配合养血止痛丸治疗距骨骨软骨损伤可有效减轻患者疼痛,提高患者踝关节功能。

Objective:To evaluate the clinical effect of ankle arthroscopy combined with Yangxue Zhitong pill in the treatment of osteochondral lesions of the talus(OLT).Methods:From January 2018 to January 2020,35 patients who underwent ankle arthroscopic surgery for OLT in the foot and ankle Department of Luoyang orthopedic traumatological hospital in Henan Province and were treated with oral Yangxue Zhitong pill were selected.The clinical data were analyzed.The pain visual analogue score(VAS)and AOFAS HA score were used before treatment,6 months after treatment and 12 months after treatment,the efficacy of the two scoring methods was evaluated.Results:All patients were followed up at 6 and 12 months after treatment.The VAS score was(6.03±1.49)before treatment.The score was(2.40±0.79)6 months after treatment and(0.57±0.34)12 months after treatment.The preoperative AOFAS score was(50.28±5.25).The score was(79.03±4.83)6 months after treatment and(93.12±6.90)12 months after treatment.Conclusion:Ankle arthroscopic operation combined with Yangxue Zhitong pill can effectively reduce pain and improve ankle function of patients with OLT.
