南少林手法结合活血散治疗第三腰椎横突综合征疗效观察

Observation on the Curative Effect of Southern Shaolin Rehabilitation Combined with Huoxue Powder Therapy on the Third Lumbar Transverse Process Syndrome

目的:观察南少林手法结合活血散治疗第三腰椎横突综合征的临床疗效。方法:将纳入观察的60例第三腰椎横突综合征病例随机分为对照组和治疗组,每组30例。试验组采用手法治疗、药物治疗及功能锻炼,对照组采用针刺治疗和功能锻炼。分别在治疗前、治疗后、治疗后3个月评估患者的JOA评分、VAS评分,判定疗效。结果:(1)与治疗前相比,对照组和试验组在治疗后及治疗后3个月JOA评分增高(P<0.01),VAS评分降低(P<0.01);(2)与对照组相比,试验组JOA评分在治疗后、治疗后3个月均显著增高(P<0.05或P<0.01);(3)与对照组相比,试验组VAS评分在治疗后、治疗后3个月均明显降低(P<0.05);(4)试验组与对照组相比,疗效具有显著性差异(P<0.01),其总体有效率高于对照组。结论:南少林手法结合活血散治疗可有效改善第三腰椎横突综合征患者的腰椎活动功能,减轻疼痛,疗效优于针刺疗法,值得临床推广应用。

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Southern Shaolin rehabilitation combined with Huoxue Powder therapy on the third lumbar transverse process syndrome.Methods:The 60 cases of the third lumbar transverse process syndrome were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group were treated with the Southern Shaolin therapy,including manual therapy,drug therapy and functional exercise.The control group was treated with acupuncture and functional exercise.The JOA score and VAS score of the patients were evaluated before and after treatment,and three months after treatment,respectively,and determined the efficacy.Results:(1)Compared with before treatment,JOA score of both group increased after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P<0.01),and VAS score decreased(P<0.01)in both groups.(2)Compared with the control group,JOA score in the treatment group was significantly increased after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05 or P<0.01).(3)Compared with the control group,VAS score in the treatment group was significantly reduced after treatment and 3 months after treatment(P<0.05).(4)Compared with the control group,the therapeutic effect of the treatment group was significantly different(P<0.01),and the overall effective rate was higher than that of the control group.Conclusion:Southern Shaolin rehabilitation combined with Huoxue Powder therapy can effectively improve the third lumbar transverse process syndrome,the curative effect is better than that of acupuncture therapy,worthy of clinical application and promotion.
