摘要
目的:基于熵权法优选川牛膝浸膏的带式干燥工艺。方法:以干膏粉的水分含量、休止角、压缩度及杯苋甾酮的转移率为综合评价指标,采用熵权法确定各指标的权重系数,采用正交试验法优选带式干燥工艺参数。结果:最佳干燥工艺为一、二、三区加热温度分别为120℃、90℃、30℃,进料频率为15Hz,履带频率为18Hz。结论:优选的干燥工艺稳定可行,可用于川牛膝浸膏的工业化生产。
Objective:To optimize the vacuum belt drying process of Cyathulae Radix extract by entropy weight method.Methods:With the moisture content,repose angle,compressibility and transfer rate of cyasterone as comprehensive evaluation indexes in order to optimize the vacuum belt drying process parameters of orthogonal test,the weight coefficient of each index is determined by the information entropy weight method.Results:Optimal parameters were as follows:The heating temperatures was 120℃,90℃,30℃,the feed frequency was 15 Hz,the track frequency was 18 Hz.Conclusion:The optimized method is stable and reliable,it can be used for the further industrialization of this variety.
