深静脉血栓(DTV)是髋部骨折术后常见并发症之一,该并发症往往会导致严重的后果,如肺栓塞、脂肪栓塞等,严重时危及生命,因此如何防治髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓十分重要。大量文献研究都表明中医在防治髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓方面有着显著的疗效,作者旨在总结髋部骨折术后深静脉血栓的发病机制和中医治疗的方法及其作用机制,从而为中医防治股骨颈骨折术后深静脉血栓提供全新的思路与方法。
