基于络病理论的慢性肾脏病病机及治疗探析

Pathogenesis and Treatment of Chronic Kidney Disease based on Collaterals Disease Theory

运用络病理论浅析中医对慢性肾脏病病机及治疗的认识。基于络脉与肾脏结构功能、生理病理关系,探讨肾络病证与慢性肾脏病相关性。络病理论认为肾络空虚,风、湿、瘀、毒等病理因素阻滞肾络是导致慢性肾脏病的病理基础,肾虚络瘀是其病机关键,并将"络以通为用"作为治疗总法则;"通络"是治疗的重要环节,补虚通络为基本治法,邪实为主时则辨证予祛风通络法、化痰祛湿通络法、活血化瘀通络法、解毒泄浊通络法等祛邪通络法治之,标本兼顾。将络病理论应用于慢性肾脏病的诊疗中,为中医临床治疗慢性肾脏病提供理论依据和诊疗思路。

Using collaterals disease theory to analyze the understanding of traditional Chinese medical on the pathogenesis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.By expounding the structure,function,physiology and pathology of collaterals and kidney,exploring the correlation between renal collaterals disease and chronic kidney disease.According to the collaterals disease theory,kidney collaterals are empty,and the pathological factors such as wind,dampness,blood stasis and toxin block kidney collaterals are the pathological basis of chronic kidney disease.Kidney deficiency and collaterals stasis is the key of pathogenesis.The general rule of treatment is"collateral needs circulation","Tongluo"is an important part of treatment.Tonifying deficiency and dredging collaterals is the basic treatment.When the evils are dominant,the methods of dispelling wind,eliminating phlegm and dampness,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,detoxifying and releasing turbidity are used to dispel pathogenic factors and dredge collaterals,according to syndrome differentiation.Taking care of both tip and root,applying collaterals disease theory to the diagnosis and treatment of chronic kidney disease.It provides theoretical basis,diagnosis and treatment ideas for clinical traditional Chinese medical treatment of chronic kidney disease.
