针灸干预新型冠状病毒肺炎的思路与选穴

Preliminary Discussion on the Ideas and Acupoints Selection of Acupuncture for the Prevention and Treatment of COVID-19

通过反复研读中国针灸学会更新的两版《新型冠状病毒肺炎针灸干预的指导意见》,结合国家卫生健康委员会先后发布的七版《新型冠状病毒肺炎诊疗方案》和国家中医药管理局后续印发的《新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期中医康复指导建议》,搜集整理针灸防治疫病的相关文献和古文经典,初步探讨此次抗疫过程中针灸干预新型冠状病毒肺炎(后简称新冠肺炎)的诊疗思路与选穴特点。研究发现新冠肺炎的针灸诊疗以"扶正驱邪"为核心思想,以"肺脾同治"为治疗大纲,各术协同,重用艾灸,在防治疫病方面具有特殊价值。

Through repeatedly studying the two versions of the Instructions for COVID-19 updated by China Association of Acupuncture-Moxibustion,combined with the seven editions of the Treatment Plan for COVID-19 issued by National Health Commission of PRC and Recommendations for COVID-19 in the recovery period issued by National Administration of TCM,collected relevant literature and ancient classics about epidemics to initially explore the diagnosis and treatment ideas and acupoint selection of acupuncture for the prevention and treatment of coronavirus disease 2019(COVID-19)in the process of anti-epidemic disease,founding that the treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for COVID-19 are based on the principle of"Strengthening vital qi and eliminating pathogens"and"simultaneous treatment of lung and kidney"as the key point.Synergy of various operations,reuse moxibustion.Acupuncture and moxibustion are of special value in the prevention and treatment of epidemics due to their unique treatment ideas and acupoint selection characteristics.
