《中医方剂大辞典》治疗疮疡用药经验及临床研究

“Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescription Dictionary” for the Treatment of Sores and Clinical Experience

目的:基于数据分析研究《中医方剂大辞典》治疗疮疡的用药经验,丰富中医内治法在外科学中的应用,以提高中药复方治疗疮疡的临床疗效。方法:收录《中医方剂大辞典》共十一卷中,中药复方治疗疮疡的方剂共1060首,采用Excel、SPSS 20.0、Weka 3.8、Cytoscape3.6.1等数据统计方法,分析方中药物的性味归经、使用频率以及各药物之间的配伍规则。结果:经严谨合理筛选,最终对符合数据要求的369首方剂进行数据分析研究,得出高频药物使用频次、性味归经,药物间关联规则,75对核心药对及常用药物配伍。结论:根据疮疡发病的初、中、末三期不同的病机变化,分别确立消、托、补三大内治原则,此次数据分析涵盖了疮疡不同时期,针对不同人群的辨证施治。《中医方剂大辞典》治疗疮疡注重以消散为主多用清热、解表、活血化瘀、泻下、利湿等药,兼以益气健脾、行气活血、养血生肌等。基于对疮疡治疗数据分析及用药规律的研究,以便有效指导中医临床,为中医药领域新药研究提供参考。

Objective:Based on data analysis and research on the experience in the treatment of sores in the"Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Prescriptions",to enrich the application of Chinese medicine internal treatment in surgery,in order to improve the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions in the treatment of sores.Methods:In the dictionary of 11 volumes,there are 1,060 prescriptions of traditional Chinese medicine compound for treating sores,using Excel,Spss 20.0,Weka 3.8,Cytoscape 3.6.1,and other statistical methods to analyze the sexual taste of the medicine The history,frequency of use,and compatibility rules between drugs.Results:After rigorous and reasonable screening,the data analysis of 369 first prescriptions that met the data requirements was finally conducted.Rules,75 pairs of core drugs and 5 new prescriptions for the treatment of sores.Conclusion:According to the different pathogenesis of the initial,middle and final stages of the onset of sores,the three internal treatment principles of elimination,care and supplementation have been established.This data analysis covers the different stages of the treatment of sores in different periods.The Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Recipes treats sores and focuses on dissipating heat,relieving the symptoms,promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,reducing diarrhea,and dampness.,In spleen qi,qi and blood circulation,nourishing myogenic,etc.Based on the data analysis and drug law sore treatment,in order to effectively guide the clinical medicine,provide a reference for new drug medicine.
