中药联合三联疗法及枸地氯雷他定治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性荨麻疹临床研究

Association of Chinese Medicine Combined with Triple Therapy and Medloratadine in the Treatment of Helicobacter Pylori Positive Urticaria

目的:探讨中药联合三联疗法及枸地氯雷他定治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性的临床效果。方法:按照随机数字表法将50例幽门螺杆菌阳性荨麻疹患者分为观察组和对照组各25例,对照组予枸地氯雷他定治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗基础上联合三联疗法(口服兰索拉唑肠溶片+阿莫西林胶囊+克林霉素胶囊)治疗,观察比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:观察组及对照组治疗后症状积分均低于治疗前,且观察组明显低于治疗组(P<0.05);观察组和对照组各项症状治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组的Hp转阴率、总有效率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者复发率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中药联合三联疗法及枸地氯雷他定治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性荨麻疹临床疗效好,值得临床参考。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy and desloratadine citrate in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive.Methods:50 cases of Helicobacter pylori positive urticaria patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with desloratadine citrate,and the observation group was treated with triple therapy(oral lansoprazole enteric coated tablets+Amoxicillin Capsules+clindamycin capsules)on the basis of the control group.Results:the symptom scores of the observation group and the control group after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and the observation group was significantly lower than that of the treatment group(P<0.05);the difference between the observation group and the control group before and after treatment was statistically significant(P<0.05);the HP negative conversion rate and total effective rate of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05);the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Traditional Chinese medicine combined with triple therapy and desloratadine citrate has good clinical efficacy in the treatment of Helicobacter pylori positive urticaria,which is worthy of clinical reference.
