摘要
目的:优化独活饮片炮制工艺参数,为独活饮片工业化生产奠定基础。方法:采用HPLC测定独活饮片中蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯的含量并以二者含量为评价指标,考察鼓风干燥温度、铺层厚度、翻动次数三种因素对独活饮片炮制工艺的影响。结果:优化得到的炮制工艺为:独活原药材除去杂质泥沙,淋洗5min,沥干,置于30℃培养箱中闷润2h,喷水量为4.3%,再同法闷润2h;切3mm厚片,铺层20mm厚,50℃鼓风干燥,翻动1次。结论:独活饮片与独活原药材比较,其浸出物、蛇床子素、二氢欧山芹醇当归酸酯评价指标的量值传递率均达到115%以上,表明优选出来的独活饮片炮制工艺科学、合理、稳定、可靠。
Objective:To optimize the processing parameters of Duhuo decoction pieces processing and lay the foundation for the large-scale industrial production of Duhuo decoction pieces processing.Methods:HPLC was used to determine the content of osthole and dihydroparsanol angelica,and the content of osthole and dihydroparsanol angelica was used as the evaluation index.The drying temperature of the blast,the thickness of the layer and the number of times of turning were investigated.A major factor.Results:First remove the impurities and silt of Duhuo original medicinal materials,rinse for 5 min,drain,put it in a 30℃incubator for 2 hours,spray with 4.3%water,and smother for 2 hours in the same way;cut 3 mm thick slices and spread The layer is 2 cm thick,dried by blowing at 50°C,and turned once.Conclusion:Comparing Duhuo decoction tablets with the original drug of Duhuo,the value transfer rate of the evaluation indexes of extracts,osthole and dihydroparsanol angelica acid ester all reached more than 115%,indicating that the preferred processing technology of Duhuo decoction tablets is scientific,reasonable,Stable,reliable and feasible.
