摘要 目的:优选冰硼痔疮栓的提取工艺。方法:基于信息熵和响应面设计,以盐酸小檗碱含量和干膏得率为评价指标,考察影响因素乙醇浓度、加乙醇量、提取时间、提取次数,在单因素试验基础上,优选冰硼痔疮栓的提取工艺参数。结果:优选的最佳提取工艺参数为:乙醇浓度70%,加乙醇量8倍,提取次数2次,提取时间1h,验证试验结果盐酸小檗碱含量RSD为0.93%,干膏得率RSD为2.02%。结论:优选的冰硼痔疮栓提取工艺稳定可行,为制剂的后期研究及工业化生产提供了实验依据。 Objective:To optimize the extraction process of Bingpeng hemorrhoids suppository.Methods:Based on the information entropy theory and Box-Behnken design,taking the berberine hydrochloride content and dry cream yield as the evaluation indicators,the influencing factors of ethanol concentration,ethanol addition,extraction time,and number of extractions were investigated.The extraction process parameters of Bingpeng hemorrhoids suppository are preferred.Results:The optimal extraction process parameters were 70%ethanol concentration,8 times the amount of ethanol added,2 extraction times,and 1 hour extraction time.The verification test results showed that the RSDof berberine hydrochloride was 0.93%,and the RSDof the dry paste yield was 2.02%.Conclusion:The optimal extraction process of Bingpeng hemorrhoids suppository is stable and feasible,which provides experimental basis for the later research and industrial production of the preparation.
