结合凝血-纤溶系统探讨艾灸改善新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者肺功能优势及选穴

Combined with Coagulation-Fibrinolysis System to Explore the Advantages of Moxibustion in Improving Pulmonary Function and Acupoint Selection of COVID-19 Convalescent Patients

目的:结合凝血-纤溶系统探讨艾灸改善新型冠状病毒肺炎恢复期患者肺功能的优势及选穴规律,以期对新冠肺炎恢复期患者的康复治疗有所裨益。方法:通过对艾灸介入新冠肺炎恢复期患者治疗的可行性、凝血-纤溶系统与肺功能之间联系的探讨,以及艾灸对凝血-纤溶系统调控机制的分析,对艾灸调控凝血-纤溶系统改善新冠肺炎恢复期患者肺功能这一思路进行整合梳理,并对艾灸选穴规律予以总结分析。结果:艾灸可以通过对新冠肺炎恢复期患者血液中相关因子的调控,恢复凝血-纤溶平衡,改善肺通气功能和血流动力,辅助肺损伤修复,减少血栓形成,延缓肺纤维化进程,缓解新冠肺炎恢复期患者遗留症状,提高患者生活质量。结论:艾灸通过调控凝血-纤溶系统改善新冠肺炎恢复期患者肺功能这一思路具有一定优势,值得进一步临床研究与探讨。

Objective:Initially explored the the advantages of moxibustion in improving pulmonary function and acupoint selection of convalescent patients of COVID-19 combined with coagulation-fibrinolysis system,with a view to benefiting the rehabilitation treatment of COVID-19 convalescent patients.Methods:Through the discussion of the feasibility of moxibustion intervention in the convalescent patients treatment of COVID-19,the relationship between coagulation-fibrinolysis system and pulmonary function,and the analysis of the regulation mechanism of moxibustion on coagulation-fibrinolysis system,the idea of moxibustion regulating coagulation-fibrinolysis system to improve the pulmonary function of COVID-19 convalescent patients was integrated,and the rules of acupoint selection of moxibustion were summarized and analyzed.Results:Moxibustion can restore coagulation-fibrinolysis balance,improve pulmonary ventilation function and hemodynamics,assist the repair of lung injury,reduce thrombosis and delay the process of pulmonary fibrosis by regulating the relevant factors in the blood of convalescent patients.Relieve the symptoms of convalescent patients and improve their quality of life.Conclusion:Moxibustion has certain advantages in improving the pulmonary function of COVID-19 convalescent patients by regulating the coagulation-fibrinolysis system,which is worthy of further clinical research and discussion.
