基于数据挖掘的中医药治疗微血管性心绞痛组方用药规律分析

Research on Medication Regularity of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Microvascular Angina Based on Data Mining

目的:运用"中医传承辅助平台(V2.5)"软件对中医药治疗微血管性心绞痛组方规律进行挖掘分析。方法:计算机检索中国知网(CNKI)、万方数据(WAN FANG DATA)、维普网(VIP)中使用中医方剂治疗微血管性心绞痛的文献,运用中医传承辅助平台中的频次统计、组方规律、新方分析等功能进行数据挖掘,对药物的四气五味归经、核心药物组合、用药模式及新处方进行总结分析。结果:共录入81篇文献,筛选出61首处方,涉及中药98味。药物四气主要以温为主,五味以辛、甘居多,归经主要属于心肝脾。治疗微血管性心绞痛的处方中,单味药物频次由高到低依次为丹参、川芎、当归、枳实、甘草、柴胡、瓜蒌、黄芪、芍药、茯苓等。高频次药物组合包括"丹参-川芎""当归-川芎""柴胡-枳实"等。挖掘出药物内在核心组合12个,得到新方6个。结论:现代医家多认为气滞痰阻血瘀是微血管性心绞痛的主要病机,且遵"气为血之帅,血为气之母"之法,活血祛瘀、理气化痰之中又重视顾护人体正虚之本,与中医"标本兼顾、气血同调"的治疗原则相符合。通过数据挖掘分析得到的结果对临床选方用药及新药开发具有一定指导意义。

Objective:The software of"TCM Inheritance Assistance Platform(V2.5)"was used to excavate and analyze the prescription rules of TCM in the treatment of microvascular angina.Methods:Computer retrieval CNKI,the DATA of WAN FANG(WAN FANG DATA),VIP(VIP)is used in the literature of TCM prescription in treatment of microvascular angina,frequency of use of Chinese auxiliary platform statistics,formula law,the new process analysis functions such as DATA mining,the core of the four gas mixed return,drug combinations,new prescription drug use patterns and summary analysis.Results:A total of 81 literatures were input,and 61 prescriptions were selected,involving 98 herbs.The four qi of medicine are mainly based on temperature,and the five tastes are mainly based on xin and Gan,which belong to the heart,liver and spleen.In the prescription of microvascular angina pectoris,the frequency of single-taste drugs was successively from high to low:Salvia miltiorrhiza,Chuanxiong,Angelica sinensis,Fructus auranti i immaturus,Liquorice root,Radix bupleuri,Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim,Radix Astragali,Peony,Poria cotta,etc.The high frequency drug combinations include"Danshen,Chuanxiong""Danggui,Chuanxiong""Radix bupleuri,Fructus auranti i immaturus",etc.Twelve inner core combinations of drugs were excavated,and six new ones were obtained.Conclusion:Most modern doctors believe that Qi stagnation phlegm and blood stasis are the main pathogenesis of microvascular angina,and in accordance with the method of"Qi is the commander of blood,blood is the mother of Qi",promoting blood circulation,removing blood stasis,regulating Qi and resolving phlegm,and paying attention to the source of human body positive deficiency,which is consistent with the traditional Chinese medicine treatment principle of"treating both principal and secondary aspect of disease,harmony of Qi and blood".At the same time,the results obtained by data mining analysis have some guiding significance for clinical prescription selection and new drug development.
