基于真实世界回顾性分析特发性膜性肾病中西医临床研究

Clinical Study of Chinese and Western Medicine in Idiopathic Membranous Nephropathy was Retrospectively Analyzed based on the Real Word

目的:基于真实世界回顾性分析特发性膜性肾病(IMN)的中医、西医和中西医结合治疗的临床疗效。方法:回顾性分析接受IMN治疗的患者,基于真实意愿与病情的非随机选择治疗方式,患者自愿使用中医治疗方案(补阳还五汤加减)、西医治疗方案(激素加环磷酰胺)、中西医结合方案(补阳还五汤加减结合激素加环磷酰胺),在这些患者中选取符合纳入标准的IMN患者93例。观察比较3组患者6个月的24h蛋白尿、血清白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三脂(TG)、凝血功能、血抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体(PLA2R-Ab)滴度。结果:在症状改善、24h蛋白尿(24-UTP)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、胆固醇(CHOL)、甘油三脂(TG)、凝血功能、血抗磷脂酶A2受体抗体(PLA2R-Ab)滴度方面,中西医结合治疗的效果更佳。结论:真实世界研究下中西医结合治疗特发性膜性肾病效果显著。

Objective:To retrospectively analyze the clinical efficacy of idiopathic membranous nephropathy(IMN)treated by traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine based on the real world.Methods:A retrospective analysis from September 2018 to March 2020 in our hospital patients treated with IMN,based on the true wishes and condition of random selection of treatment,patients’voluntary use of traditional Chinese medicine treatment(Bu yang huan wu),western medicine therapy(glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide),combining Chinese and western medicine scheme(Bu yang huan wu and glucocorticoid and cyclophosphamide),in these patients to select 93 cases into standard IMN patients.24-utp,ALB,CHOL,TG,coagulation function,and titer of anti-phospholipase A2 receptor(pla2 r-ab)were observed and compared in the three groups for 6 months.Results:The combination of Chinese and western medicine was more effective in symptom improvement,24-hour proteinuria(24-utp),serum albumin(ALB),cholesterol(CHOL),triglyceride(TG),coagulation function,titer of blood antiphospholipase A2 receptor antibody(pla2 r-ab).Conclusion:The combination of Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of idiopathic membranous nephropathy is more effective and positive in the real world.
